1. Cold tea bags


One of the most effective and easy ways to combat these dark circles is to use cold tea bags. Ideally, use green tea or chamomile tea bags for instant results. 

How to Use Cold Tea Bags - Immerse the bags in water and cool in the fridge. Remove from the fridge and place gently on both eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat regularly.




2. Grated Potatoes or Grinded Cucumbers


This so far, one of the most effective remedies. They also help to reduce swelling around the eye area. 


How to Use Potatoes or Cucumbers - Grate green potatoes or cucumbers and put shreds in your eyes. Relax and remove after 10-12 minutes. Alternatively, you can also extract potato juice or cucumber. Take a cotton ball, dip it in juice, and place it over your eyes. Make sure the whole area around the dark circles is covered. Leave it for 1-3 minutes and then wash with cold water. In the event that you are pressured by time, you can directly place slices of cucumber or potato in your eyes.



3. MassageMix coconut oil and almond oil and massage lightly with a circular motion around the eyes. Leave for about an hour. This should be done daily.

A few drops of lemon

2 tsp crushed cucumber

1 tsp fresh cream

3 tsp china clay Combine all these ingredients and store them in the refrigerator. Cover the eyes with a cotton swab and apply the mask over it carefully so that the packet does not drip into the eyes. You can sleep in a cool place and relax. This should be left open for at least 20 minutes before gently washing with milk and then having water


4. Tomatoes

5. Yoga and meditation



One of the main reasons for dark circles is stress, depression and an unusual lifestyle. Therefore, one of the best ways to handle dark circles is to stay calm and organized. But since depression is an important part of our lives, this does not always happen. Therefore, it is beneficial to make Yoga and meditation a daily practice!


Yoga not only calms the mind but also helps control the body clock, and more importantly, it deals with many physical problems from the process.


6. Get more sleep


Not getting enough closed eye can cause fluid buildup under your eyes and cause dark circles. To make sure you get enough Zzz, you may need to change your sleeping pattern.


Reduce caffeine 6 hours before bedtime, and avoid exercising or eating too close to bedtime. Your TikTok scroll will fit and wait. Reducing electronics 1 to 2 hours before hitting the grass can lead to a quiet sleep.


7. Try a wedge pillow


Your dark circles may not be the result of how much you sleep but the place you sleep.


Sleeping with your head held high can withstand any accumulation of fluid near your eyes. While a lot of pillows can be tricky, a wedge pillow is designed to provide that luxury height.

1.Malnutrition -

 Lack of nutritious foods such as salads, fruits, and junk, unhealthy foods, and processed foods cause dark circles. Inadequate nutrition causes the skin to look dull, dull and may even cause these dark circles to form.
